【摘要】:ThispartofISO10993providesgeneralrequirementsforevaluatingtheinteractionsofmedicaldeviceswithblood.Itdescribesa)aclassificationofmedicalanddentaldevicesthatareintendedforuseincontactwithblood,basedontheintendeduseanddurationofcontactasdefinedinISO10993-1,b)thefundamentalprinciplesgoverningtheevaluationoftheinteractionofdeviceswithblood,c)therationaleforstructuredselectionoftestsaccordingtospecificcategories,togetherwiththeprinciplesandscientificbasisofthesetests.Detailedrequirementsfortestingcannotbespecifiedbecauseofthelimitationsinknowledgeandprecisionoftestsforinteractionsofdeviceswithblood.Further,thispartofISO10993describesbiologicalevaluationingeneraltermsandmaynotnecessarilyprovidesufficientguidancefortestmethodsforaspecificdevice.Theselectionanddesignoftestmethodsshouldtakeintoconsiderationdevicedesign,materials,clinicalutility,usageenvironmentandriskbenefit.Thislevelofspecificitycanonlybecoveredinverticalstandards.
