【摘要】:Massstrengthgivesanindicationoftheflowabilityinbulkhandling.Itisaffectedbypelletpropertiessuchashardness,size,shape,andespeciallyfinescontent.Duetotheinfluenceofothervariables,theuserandtheproducermustdetermineanacceptablemassstrengthlevel.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthemassstrengthofpelletedcarbonblack.Itisdesignedtodeterminetheforcerequiredtopackacylindricalcolumnwithpelletedcarbonblack.Theresultsofthistestarebelievedtorelatetotheabilityofthecarbonblacktoflowinbulkhandlingsystems.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
