【摘要】:ThispartofISO7148specifiestribologicaltestsofpolymer-basedplainbearingmaterialsunderspecifiedworkingconditions,i.e.load,slidingvelocityandtemperature,withandwithoutlubrication.Fromthetestresults,dataareobtainedwhichindicatetherelativetribologicalbehaviourofmetal-polymerandpolymer-polymerrubbingparts.ThepurposeofthispartofISO7148istoobtain,forpolymermaterialcombinationsusedinplainbearings,reproduciblemeasuredvaluesforfrictionandwearunderspecifiedandexactly-definedtestconditionswithoutlubrication(drysurfaces)andwithlubrication(boundarylubrication).Thetestresultsgiveusefulinformationforpracticalapplicationonlyifallparametersofinfluenceareidentical.Themorethetestconditionsdeviatefromtheactualapplicationthegreaterwillbetheuncertaintyoftheapplicabilityoftheresults.
