【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestestrequirementsforthebrakingofvehiclesforurbantransportsystems,runningonsteelorrubbertyredwheelsandguidedbysteelrailsorotherequivalentmeans.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestovehiclesoperatingon:—tramways;—lightrailways;—metrosonsteelwheels;—metrosonrubbertyredwheels;—commuter/regionalrailways;andisapplicableto:—allnewlydesignedvehicles;—allmajorrefurbishments,iftheseincludeeitherredesignorextensivemodificationstothebrakesystem;—anynewbuildsofexistingdesignsofvehicles.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytospecialtransportsystems,e.g.suspendedmonorail,rackandpinionlines,specialdutyvehicles,etc.TransportAuthoritiesshallensurethatspecificationsincludethisEuropeanStandardaspartofthebrakesystemrequirements.Suppliersshallidentify,atthetimeoftendering,anynon-compliancesagainstthisEuropeanStandard.
