【摘要】:Thisstandarddelineatestherequirementsofelectromagneticnoiseinstrumentationforthefrequencyrangeof10Hzto40GHzincorporatingquasi-peak,peak,rmsandaveragedetectors.NOTE,—Examplesofthetypesofvoltages,currents,andfieldstobemeasuredareunmodulatedandmodulatedsine-waves,andcomponentsofelectricandelectromagneticdisturbances,includingtransientsthatmayinterferewiththeoperationofcommunication,electric,orelectronicequipment.Thebasicinstrumentisafrequency-selectivevoltmeter(FSVM).Withappropriatecouplingdevices,suchasantennasandcurrentprobes,theinstrumentationwillalsomeasureotherphysicalquantitiessuchasfieldstrengthandcurrent.Theparametersforthequasi-peakdetectorarespecifiedtoagreewiththerequirementsoftheComit6InternationalSpecialdesPerturbationsRadioelectriques(InternationalSpecialCommitteeonRadioInterference)(CISPR)[seeCISPRPublication16(1987)].Anoptionaldischargetimeconstantisalsospecified.Therequirementsofthisspecificationshouldnotbeconstruedtoimplythatoneinstrumentisrequiredtocovertheentirefrequencyrangeorthattheinstrumentispermittedtohaveonlythespecifieddetectorordetectors.Manyusershavemeasurementrequirementsoverasmallerfrequencyrangeormayrequireadditionaldetectioncapabilities.Althoughspectrumanalyzersarefrequentlyusedinelectromagnetic-noisemeasurements,itisnotwithinthescopeofthepresentstandardtocoversuchinstruments.Aseparatedocumentcoveringspectrumanalyzersforusefrom20Hzto40GHzisinpreparationasaproposedsupplementtothisstandard.However,ameasuringsetconfiguredaroundaspectrumanalyzerthatmeetstherequirementsofthisstandardmaybeused.Formeasurementsmadeonpairedtelecommunicationslines,refertoIEEEStd743-1984.Instrumentationspecificationsformeasurementoftelecommunicationsterminalequipmentforcompliancetotechnicalstandardsofregulatoryauthoritiesareunderconsideration.
