【摘要】:1.1Thisconsumersafetyspecificationestablishesperformancerequirements,testmethods,andlabelingrequirementstopromotethesafeuseofinfantbathtubs.Specificallyexcludedfromthescopeofthisstandardareproductscommonlyknownasbathslings,typicallymadeoffabricormesh.1.2Thisconsumersafetyspecificationisintendedtoreducetheriskofdeathandminimizeinjurytoinfantsresultingfromuseandreasonablyforeseeableabuseofinfantbathtubs.1.3Noinfantbathtubproducedaftertheapprovaldateofthisconsumersafetyspecificationshall,eitherbylabelorothermeans,indicatecompliancewiththisspecificationunlessitconformstoallrequirementscontainedherein.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section7,ofthisconsumersafetyspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoreplaceablelamps(filamentlampsanddischargelamps)tobeusedinheadlamps,fog-lampsandsignallinglampsforroadvehicles.ItisespeciallyapplicabletothoselampswhicharelistedinIEC60809.However,thestandardmayalsobeusedforotherlampsfallingunderthescopeofthisstandard,aswellasforfuturedevelopments,e.g.suchwherethelightisproducedbylightemittingdiodes(LED).Itspecifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsforthemeasurementofperformancecharacteristicssuchaslamplife,lumenmaintenance,torsionstrength,glassbulbstrengthandresistancetovibrationandshock.Moreover,informationontemperaturelimits,maximumlampoutlinesandmaximumtolerablevoltagesurgesisgivenfortheguidanceoflightingandelectricalequipmentdesign.Forsomeoftherequirementsgiveninthisstandard,referenceismadetodatagivenintables.Forlampsnotlistedinsuchtables,therelevantdataaresuppliedbythelampmanufacturerorresponsiblevendor.TheperformancerequirementsareadditionaltothebasicrequirementsspecifiedinIEC60809.Theyare,however,notintendedtobeusedbyauthoritiesforlegaltype-approvalpurposes.NOTEInthevariousvocabulariesandstandards,differenttermsareusedfor"incandescentlamp"(IEV845-07-04)and"dischargelamp"(IEV845-07-17).Inthisstandard,"filamentlamp"and"dischargelamp"areused.However,whereonly“lamp”iswrittenbothtypesaremeant,unlessthecontextclearlyshowsthatitappliestoonetypeonly.
