【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodoftestingceramiccoatingsbyscratchingwithadiamondstylus.Duringatest,eitheraconstantorincreasingforcenormaltothesurfaceundertestisappliedtothestylussoastopromoteadhesiveand/orcohesivefailureofthecoating-substratesystem.Thetestmethodissuitableforevaluatingceramiccoatingsuptoathicknessof20μmandmightalsobesuitableforevaluatingothercoatingtypesandthicknesses.TheInternationalStandardisintendedforuseinthemacro(1to100N)forcerange.Theproceduresmayalsobeapplicabletootherforceranges.However,appropriatecalibrationisessentialifthenormalforcesatwhichfailureoccursaretobequantified.
