【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverszinc-nickelalloycoatingsappliedbytheelectrolyticprocesstohot-rolledandcold-rolledsteelsheet.Thecoatinghasasmooth,spangle-freesurface.Thezinc-nickel-coatedsheetcoveredinthisspecificationisproducedinarangeofcoatingmassestoprovidecoatingsthatarecompatiblewiththeanticipatedserviceliferequired.Thecoatingmassvaries,fromverythincoatingsthatareusuallypaintedtoprovidegoodservice,torelativelyheavymassesthatprovidegoodcorrosionresistanceinthebare(unpainted)condition.Thecompositionrangeisfrom9to16%nickel,byweight,withthebalancebeingzinc.1.2Theproductshallbecoatedononeorbothsurfaceswithequalordifferentialcoatingmassesonthetwosurfaces.Sheetcoatedwithequalcoatingmassesoneachsurfacehassimilarlevelsofcorrosionprotectiononeachsurface.Often,however,ahigherlevelofcorrosionprotectionisrequiredononesurfacethanisrequiredontheother.Inthesesituations,onesurfaceshallbespecifiedwithaheaviercoatingmassthantheother.Eithersurface,whenspecifiedtobepainted,willprovideadditionalcorrosionprotectionascomparedtoanunpaintedsurface.1.3Thiscoatingprocesshasessentiallynoeffectonthebasemetalmechanicalproperties,anduseispermittedonanygradeofhot-orcold-rolledsteelsheet.ThecoatedsheetisavailableasCommercialSteel(CS),DrawingSteel(DS),DeepDrawingSteel(DDS),Extra-DeepDrawingSteel(EDDS),StructuralSteel(SS),High-StrengthLow-AlloySteel(HSLAS),High-StrengthLow-AlloySteelwithImprovedFormability(HSLAS-F),Solution-HardenedSteel(SHS),orBake-HardenableSteel(BHS).1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
